AI Wellness

Your results, turned into
a plan you’ll follow.

A model reads your panel, your goals and your history, and drafts a month of specific actions. A physician reads and signs it before it ever reaches you.

Updates every month

From $49/month

How the plan gets written

Four steps, and a human at the end of every one of them.

01

Your panel lands

Every biomarker from your latest draw, plus anything you have tested with us before.

02

The model drafts

It weighs your markers against your goals, training, sleep and what changed since last time.

03

A physician signs

A doctor edits or rejects anything that does not fit you. Nothing is sent automatically.

04

It updates monthly

New check-ins and new results reshape the plan, so it tracks where you actually are.

What a month actually looks like

No vague advice about eating well. Every line is a number you can hit, tied to a marker we measured and a date we will check it again.

Targets you can measure, not adjectives

Everything tied back to a biomarker

A retest date on the things that moved

March plan

Sleep window · 22:45 – 06:45

Retest · Ferritin, vitamin D — 12 Mar

Booked automatically

Six things it keeps track of

Nutrition targets

Protein, fibre and the two or three nutrients your panel says you are short on.

Movement

Weekly training load written around your recovery, not a generic programme.

Sleep & recovery

A sleep window and wind-down built from your cortisol curve.

Supplements

Only where a marker justifies one — with a dose, a form and a stop date.

Retest schedule

Which markers to recheck, when, and what result would change the plan.

Monthly check-in

Five questions a month. Your answers reshape next month’s plan.

Reviewed, not generated

The model drafts. A physician decides. That order never changes, and it is the reason we are comfortable putting a plan in front of you at all.

A doctor signs every plan

Nothing reaches you on automatic — a physician edits or rejects the draft first.

It says when it does not know

Where the evidence is thin, the plan says so instead of inventing a target.

The plan is included with membership from $49 a month, and works from any Lubrix panel — including one you have already taken.

How is Lubrix different from my annual checkup?

A typical physical checks around 20 markers. Lubrix tests 150+ biomarkers, and a licensed physician reviews every result with you and turns it into a clear, personalized plan.

Do I need to fast before my blood test?

For most panels, yes — fast for 8–10 hours beforehand. Water is fine and makes the draw easier. We’ll send exact instructions for your test when you book.

How soon will I get my results?

Most results are ready within 48 hours of your sample reaching the lab. You’ll get a notification the moment your doctor-reviewed report is live.

Can I collect my sample at home?

Yes. Choose an at-home visit and a certified phlebotomist comes to you, or book a walk-in slot at one of our partner labs nearby.

Is my health data private and secure?

Always. Your data is encrypted, stored on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure and never sold. You decide who can see your results.

Does insurance cover Lubrix?

Lubrix is a direct-pay service with upfront pricing. Many members use HSA or FSA funds, and we provide an itemized receipt for reimbursement.
