What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, date of birth), the results of any panel you take with us, and what you tell us in check-ins or messages to the care team.
Technical data your browser sends — device type, approximate region, and which pages you opened. We use this to keep the site working, not to build an advertising profile.
How we use it
To run your tests, get your results read by a physician, write your plan, and answer you when you get in touch. That is the whole list of primary uses.
De-identified and aggregated results help us refine our optimal ranges. You can turn that off in settings without losing any feature.
Who can see it
You, and the physician reviewing your panel. Partner labs see only what they need to run the sample. Nobody else inside Lubrix sees identifiable results without your explicit request.
We do not sell data. We do not share it with insurers, employers or advertisers, under any circumstances, for any price.
Your rights
You can export everything we hold about you as a single archive, correct anything inaccurate, or delete your account outright. Deletion removes identifiable records within 30 days, except where law requires us to retain a clinical record.

HIPAA notice
Lubrix works with CLIA-certified partner laboratories and licensed physicians. Where we act as a covered entity or business associate, your protected health information is handled under HIPAA and the terms of our business associate agreements.
You have the right to a copy of your record, to request corrections, and to an accounting of disclosures.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and a single analytics cookie to count page views. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.
You can decline non-essential cookies from the banner or in cookie settings at any time, and nothing about the product stops working.
Changes to this policy
If anything material changes, we email every member at least one billing cycle in advance and mark the change in this page’s history. Minor clarifications are dated at the top.
