How it works
Ten minutes of your day,
a year of answers.
From picking a panel to reading your plan, the whole process takes a week and one short appointment. Here is exactly what happens, and what we need from you.
340+ draw sites
48-hour results
Doctor-reviewed
What actually lands in your inbox
Not a PDF of reference ranges. Four things, written to be read once and understood.
The short version
Three lines at the top: what is fine, what is borderline, what needs attention.
Every marker in context
Your value, the optimal range, and where you sat last time — not just a pass or fail.
What to change
Specific, dated actions. Food, training, sleep or supplements, with doses where they apply.
When to look again
A retest date for the markers that mattered, and nothing scheduled for the ones that did not.
Getting ready takes almost nothing
The night before
If your panel includes lipids or fasting insulin, stop eating ten hours ahead. Water is encouraged. Skip alcohol for 24 hours.
The morning of
Hold coffee until after the draw, pause biotin supplements for 48 hours, and skip hard training that morning.
Straight after
Eat, carry on with your day, and watch for the email. Nothing else is needed from you until the results land.
That’s the whole process.
Pick a panel and book a slot near you — or ask our care team which one is worth your time first.
