Booking & appointments

Choosing a slot, changing it, and what to bring.

Choosing a slot, changing it, and what to bring.

How do I book a draw?

Pick a panel, choose a partner site near you and select a slot. Most sites have same-day or next-morning availability, and the whole booking takes about a minute.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes — free of charge up to 12 hours before your slot, from the link in your confirmation email. Two no-shows in a row incur a $25 fee.

What do I need to bring?

Photo ID and nothing else. You do not need to print anything; the site has your booking.

Do I need to fast?

Only for panels that include lipids or fasting insulin — the Full Body Panel and Heart & Metabolic. We tell you at booking, and again the day before.

Results & reports

Timing, how to read them, and what happens if something is off.

Timing, how to read them, and what happens if something is off.

When will my results arrive?

Most panels are read and returned within 48 hours of your draw. You get an email as soon as the physician’s note is ready.

Who reads my results?

A board-certified physician reviews every panel against optimal ranges — not only the lab’s broad reference bands — before anything reaches you.

What if something looks wrong?

Your report says plainly what it is, how urgent it is, and what to do. Anything needing in-person care is flagged with the type of specialist to see.

Can I download or share my results?

Yes. Every report exports as a PDF with the raw lab values attached, which is the format your GP will expect.

Panels & pricing

What each test covers and how the prices work.

What each test covers and how the prices work.

Which panel should I choose?

Start from the question you want answered — energy, heart risk, hormones, thyroid, nutrients or sleep. If you want a baseline, the Full Body Panel covers all six systems.

Is the lab work charged separately?

No. The price you see includes the draw, the lab work, the physician’s read and the plan. There is no second invoice.

Can you use results from another lab?

Often, yes. Send them over and we will read them rather than repeat them, as long as they are recent and from an accredited lab.

Do you take insurance?

We do not bill insurance. Panels and memberships are HSA and FSA eligible, and we issue itemised receipts.

Membership & billing

Plans, renewals, refunds and receipts.

Plans, renewals, refunds and receipts.

What does membership include?

Two panels a year, monthly wellness plan updates, unlimited re-reads of past results and 15% off extra panels, from $49 a month.

How do I cancel?

One click in your account. You keep any panel you have already used and stop being billed from the next cycle.

Will my price change?

Your rate is held for twelve months from sign-up. Any change after that is announced a full cycle in advance.

Can two people share a plan?

Care+ covers two people with separate results and one shared advisor. Standard memberships are per person.

Privacy & your data

Where your results live and who can see them.

Where your results live and who can see them.

Who can see my results?

You, and the physician reviewing your panel. Nobody else inside Lubrix sees identifiable results without your explicit request.

Do you sell or share my data?

Never. We do not sell data, and we do not share it with insurers, employers or advertisers under any circumstances.

Can I delete my account?

Yes — export everything first if you want it, then delete from your account settings. Deletion removes identifiable records within 30 days.

Is my data used to train models?

Only in de-identified, aggregated form for reference ranges, and only if you leave that setting on. You can turn it off without losing anything.

Retreats & events

Places, what is included and how refunds work.

Places, what is included and how refunds work.

What is included in a retreat?

A panel on arrival, doctor-led workshops, all meals and accommodation for the dates listed, and your results read in person before you leave.

How do I reserve a place?

Enquire from the event page and we hold your place for 48 hours while we check the panel timing suits you.

What is the refund policy?

Full refund up to 30 days before the start date, then 50% up to 14 days. We transfer your place to another retreat at any point, once.

Do I need to be fit to attend?

No. Movement sessions are optional and scaled, and the walks have a slow group. Tell us about any limitation and we plan around it.

How is Lubrix different from my annual checkup?

A typical physical checks around 20 markers. Lubrix tests 150+ biomarkers, and a licensed physician reviews every result with you and turns it into a clear, personalized plan.

Do I need to fast before my blood test?

For most panels, yes — fast for 8–10 hours beforehand. Water is fine and makes the draw easier. We’ll send exact instructions for your test when you book.

How soon will I get my results?

Most results are ready within 48 hours of your sample reaching the lab. You’ll get a notification the moment your doctor-reviewed report is live.

Can I collect my sample at home?

Yes. Choose an at-home visit and a certified phlebotomist comes to you, or book a walk-in slot at one of our partner labs nearby.

Is my health data private and secure?

Always. Your data is encrypted, stored on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure and never sold. You decide who can see your results.

Does insurance cover Lubrix?

Lubrix is a direct-pay service with upfront pricing. Many members use HSA or FSA funds, and we provide an itemized receipt for reimbursement.
