The agreement between you and Lubrix Health, Inc. when you book a panel, join a membership or attend a retreat.

1. The agreement
By creating an account, booking a panel or attending an event, you agree to these terms. If you are using Lubrix on behalf of somebody else, you confirm you are entitled to do so.
You must be 18 or older to hold an account.
2. What Lubrix is not
Lubrix provides laboratory testing and physician-reviewed reports. It is not an emergency service, not a substitute for your primary care physician, and not a diagnosis.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number. Do not wait for a result.
3. Your account
Keep your login details to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Give us accurate information. Results interpreted against the wrong age, sex or medication list can be misleading.
4. Bookings and cancellations
Slots can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours before the appointment. Two consecutive no-shows incur a $25 fee.
Retreat places are refundable in full up to 30 days before the start date, and at 50% up to 14 days. A place may be transferred to another retreat once.
5. Payment and memberships
Panel prices include the draw, the laboratory work, the physician review and the plan. Memberships are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time, effective from the next cycle.
Your membership rate is held for twelve months from sign-up. We give one full billing cycle of notice before any change.
6. Results and clinical judgement
Every panel is reviewed by a licensed physician. Reports describe what your markers show and what we suggest doing next; they do not replace care from a clinician who knows your history.
Where a result needs in-person assessment we say so, and name the kind of specialist to see.
7. Acceptable use
Do not resell our reports, scrape the service, attempt to access another member’s data, or use Lubrix to make decisions about somebody else’s employment or insurance.
We may suspend accounts that put other members, our staff or our partner labs at risk.
8. Liability
We take responsibility for running the service with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time. We may end the agreement with 30 days’ notice, or immediately for serious breach, and will refund any unused prepaid period.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and the courts of Travis County have exclusive jurisdiction — without affecting any consumer rights you have where you live.
