Questions about billing
Can I use HSA or FSA funds?
Yes — panels and memberships are both eligible. We issue an itemised receipt with the codes your administrator needs.
Do you bill my insurance?
No. We price the whole thing up front so there is no claim, no coinsurance and no surprise invoice months later.
What if I cancel mid-year?
You keep any panel you have already used and stop being billed from the next cycle. Nothing is clawed back.
Are there fees on top of the price?
None. Draw, lab work, report and plan are all included — the only extra is a $25 fee if you no-show a booked slot twice.
Can two people share a plan?
Care+ covers two people with separate results and one shared advisor. Memberships are per person.
Do prices change at renewal?
Your rate is held for twelve months from sign-up. If pricing changes we tell you a full cycle in advance.
Not sure a membership is worth it?
Start with one panel. If you join within 30 days we credit what you paid against your first month.
