Clinical Reviewer (Physician)
Read panels, write the plans patients actually follow, and set the standard for how we explain results.

Apply for this role
Every Lubrix panel is read by a physician before it reaches the member. You would be one of the people doing that reading — and, just as importantly, one of the people deciding how it gets explained.
What the work looks like
Roughly two thirds of your time is review and writing, in blocks you schedule yourself. The rest is spent on the templates, ranges and language we use across thousands of reports, where one good edit improves every future one.
This role suits a clinician who has been frustrated by fifteen-minute appointments and wants the time to explain things properly.
What you would do
Review 15–25 panels a day against optimal ranges
Write plain-language reports and plans
Flag results that belong with a specialist
Shape our reference ranges and report templates
Take part in one retreat weekend a year
What we are looking for
Board certified in internal medicine, endocrinology or a related field
Active US license and clean record
Comfortable writing for a non-clinical reader
Three or more years of direct patient care
