Our dashboard is where a year of testing becomes something you can act on. It has to be fast, calm and readable on a phone in a car park — because that is where people open it.
What you would own
The full member-facing surface: results, trends, plans and reminders. You will work alongside a designer and two clinicians, and you will have the final call on how it is built.
We deploy several times a day, keep meetings few, and write things down.
What you would do
Build and ship features across the dashboard
Work directly with clinicians on how results are displayed
Keep the result pipeline fast and observable
Review code and mentor two mid-level engineers
What we are looking for
Five or more years building production web applications
Strong TypeScript and React
Comfortable owning a system rather than a ticket queue
Care about accessibility and performance
