Day to day
You will watch the numbers that matter — turnaround, redraw rate, site availability — and intervene before members feel a problem. When something does go wrong, you are the person who makes it right the same day.
It is a hands-on role with real authority over how the network runs.
What you would do
Manage relationships with partner labs and draw sites
Track turnaround and quality metrics weekly
Onboard new sites and run their training
Own the escalation path when a sample goes wrong
What we are looking for
Experience in clinical lab or healthcare operations
Comfortable with CLIA requirements and audits
Calm under pressure and good on the phone
Willing to travel one week a month
