Most of our members are not sick — they are curious, cautious, or worried about something specific. How that first conversation goes decides whether testing helps them or just adds noise.
What we care about
Honesty over conversion. If someone does not need a panel yet, we would rather you said so. That instinct is the main thing we hire for.
You will work with a physician on duty every shift, so there is always someone to escalate to.
What you would do
Answer member questions by email and chat within a few hours
Help people choose the panel that fits their question
Coordinate bookings, rebookings and redraws
Flag clinical questions to the physician on duty
What we are looking for
Two or more years in a care, clinical or support role
Excellent written English and a warm, plain style
Comfortable saying 'you probably don't need this yet'
Phlebotomy or clinical background is a plus
