Every plan we send is a claim about what will help someone. This role exists to make sure those claims are defensible.
The problem space
Optimal ranges are not settled science. You will work with our physicians to decide where the evidence supports a tighter range, where it does not, and how to express that uncertainty in something a member reads in ninety seconds.
Rigour matters more than speed here, and nothing ships without a clinician’s sign-off.
What you would do
Build and validate optimal-range models across our panels
Evaluate the wellness plan model with clinicians
Design and read the experiments behind plan changes
Publish internal write-ups that clinicians can audit
What we are looking for
Strong statistics background and Python
Experience with clinical or biological data
Able to explain a model to a physician, and to say when it is wrong
PhD or equivalent experience welcome, not required
